As the name suggests, Raintree Boulevard has about 50-60 % of open space. Since I keep traveling to and from Sakleshpur, this place is bang on the highway. You just leave Sakleshpur and you drop in directly here, you don’t have to face any city traffic.
This is a fully integrated township, where the mall and hospitals are close by and the metro is coming up in a proximity of about 200 ft. Even when we talk about all the amenities, I feel, it is more secure for us.
Mivan technology has been used here, the whole construction is on concrete and not brick, so it’s even earthquake resistant to some extent.
The plus point is that we are bang next to GKVK, it’s about 1200 acres of plain agricultural trees and forests.

I have booked an apartment at L&T Raintree Boulevard in Byatarayanapura, Bangalore, due to the recognizable brand name of L&T and its credibility for building top quality real estate.
