I have a large family, with my parents, grandparents, uncles – we are 13 members in all. So we wanted a home without any compromise. I bought a home here, initially as an investment, but now it has become by dream. I did not think twice before doing that because for me the L&T brand stands for trust. I got many calls from several builders, but my trust is the main reason why I immediately bought into the project. In today’s market where so many fall-outs are happening, I could bank on L&T easily. Of course, there are few reasons for it. Firstly, it’s a company with no hierarchy. It is owned and managed by a proper corporate management. No one is working for selfish reasons; they are all working for the betterment of the company. Hence, there is a very professional vibe. Secondly L&T has started doing bigger projects now, which has increased their credibility in the market. Thirdly, I personally compared rates with other competitors, and I could conclude that this is the best investment I could make for my family. There were so many amenities such as a gym, café, clubhouse, pool, that this project was providing and at a comparatively price tag. I don’t remember where I first heard about the project. Maybe it was a hoarding or a Facebook ad, but I do remember that something clicked instantly, and today I am a proud owner of a home in L&T’s Rejuve 360.

Our daughter is a pastry chef and she needed a room all of her own for her business. That is why finding the perfect and most spacious 3.5 BHK was our priority.
